·        Welcome customers warmly and create a friendly atmosphere.

·        Listen to customers' drink orders and offer recommendations when asked.

·        Address any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

·        Prepare cocktails and mixed drinks according to recipes or customer preferences.

·        Serve beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks accurately.

·        Add appropriate garnishes to drinks as required.

·        Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware and utensils.

·        Monitor and replenish stock of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

·        Ensure that bar equipment is in working order and report any malfunctions.

·        Track and manage open tabs for customers.

·        Follow responsible drinking practices and refuse service to intoxicated individuals.

·        Adhere to safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment.

·        Monitor usage of ingredients and report discrepancies.

·        Handle special requests for parties or events, including custom drink menus.

·        Set up the bar area for events and break it down afterward.

Tələblər

• At least one year relevant experience in a similar capacity;
• Previous experience in cash handling;
• Excellent communication and active listening skills;
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani and English, Russian is an advantage;
• Good guest service skills;
• Teamwork-oriented;
• Able to perform in different shifts, including working on weekends and public holidays.
