Təsvir
- Promote e-government platforms, technopark resident products, and digital solutions in assigned international markets;
- Identify and develop relationships with potential clients, partners, government stakeholders, and business opportunities;
- Support sales, business development, and market expansion activities for digital products and services;
- Build and maintain cooperation with public sector institutions, private companies, and international partners;
- Conduct market research, identify target customer segments, and generate business opportunities for resident companies;
- Support technopark residents with market entry, product promotion, and preparation of sales and marketing materials;
- Represent the technopark and its portfolio at international events, exhibitions, forums, and business missions;
- Collaborate with internal departments to attract foreign companies to Azerbaijan and support international cooperation initiatives;
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, opportunities, and business development activities; prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and official correspondence;
- Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager or relevant government authorities within the scope of business development and international cooperation.
Tələblər
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Technology, Economics, or related fields;
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial product development, or business development;
- Proven success managing innovation or tech-enabled projects with commercial outcomes;
- Strong knowledge of revenue models, market entry strategies, and customer acquisition tactics;
- Experience working in or with startups, government agencies, or donor-funded innovation projects is a strong advantage;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (written and spoken); knowledge of Russian is an asset;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional team management skills.
