Construction Foreman / Construction Supervisor

Construction company RIGA B2B is looking for an experienced Construction Foreman / Supervisor to join our team and support shipbuilding, piping, steel structure and industrial construction works across Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Managing construction teams, assigning daily tasks and maintaining discipline on site
• Ensuring works are completed on time according to quality, safety and client requirements
• Supervising construction works in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements
• Performing visual inspections of welding, fitting and installation works before client inspection
• Identifying defects, production risks and workflow problems and taking preventive actions before they affect project progress
• Coordinating manpower, tools, equipment and materials required for daily works
• Ensuring timely communication of resource and material requirements to maintain project progress
• Conducting toolbox talks and coordinating teams during daily operations to ensure efficient work execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Construction Foreman, Supervisor or Team Leader managing construction teams of 10–30 workers
• Knowledge of piping, steel structures and industrial construction works
• Ability to read technical drawings, welding symbols, plans and isometric drawings
• Experience with welding quality control, visual inspections and punch list handling
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word and emails)
• English language – good working level and communication skills (mandatory)
• Russian language – good working level

Previous experience in QA/QC, inspection activities, punch list management, project handover or client acceptance processes would be considered an advantage
