Construction Quality Lead

The main purpose of this role is to oversee construction quality standards, ensure compliance with technical requirements, and monitor the quality of execution across all site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality control processes across construction works on-site
• Ensure compliance with approved engineering drawings, specifications, and methodologies
• Identify technical deviations and quality-related risks
• Conduct site inspections and monitor corrective actions
• Prepare technical observations and reporting documentation
• Participate in inspection and acceptance processes throughout project stages

Requirements:

• Higher education degree in Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in high-rise building construction projects (15+ floors)
• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures and construction standards
• Experience within large-scale residential or commercial projects is highly preferred
• Russian language proficiency is mandatory
• Strong technical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
