Jobsearch.az is seeking an experienced HR Systems and Recruitment Officer for one of our clients operating in the Oil & Gas sector.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pools.
- Support workforce planning and recruitment activities.
- Prepare employment offers and HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.
- Prepare job descriptions, roles, and responsibilities.
- Support HR reporting and organizational structure updates.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Higher education degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and Recruitment within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Fluent Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience working with HR systems and databases.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
