We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruitment Officer to support recruitment and HR operations for a leading company in the Oil & Gas sector. The successful candidate will assist in full-cycle recruitment activities, candidate management, onboarding processes, and personnel administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including vacancy announcements, CV screening, interviews, reference checks, and candidate selection.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pools.
- Coordinate recruitment activities in line with workforce planning requirements.
- Prepare and process employment-related documentation and offers.
- Arrange pre-employment medical examinations and collect onboarding documents.
- Follow up on international mobilization processes.
- Maintain personnel records and employee databases.
- Coordinate onboarding, mobilization, and demobilization activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Fluent Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
