Lower Completion Field Specialist

Job Description

• The Lower Completion Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The Lower Completion Field Specialist - identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery.
• Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well both independently and in a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Responsible for service delivery execution.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Lower Completion, specifically in Sand Control operations.
• Responsible for the preparation of equipment, programs, and procedures for Gravel Pack operations.
• Ability to perform job calculations, including torque and drag modelling, gravel pack calculations, RIH tally generation, and volume calculations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• In-depth understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in diverse and challenging environments.
• Ability to travel to various field locations as required.
• Fluent in English and Azerbaijani.
