TIKO Azerbaijan is seeking a Partner Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Baku.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Partner Acquisition
• Strong ability to identify, pitch, and close business opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong customer-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Languages: English – proficient; Russian – proficient
• Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
