Description
- Manage all stages of HR operations ensuring efficiency, compliance, and accuracy.
- Ensure consistent and accurate synchronization of employee data across SAP, SuccessFactors (SF) module, internal employee records, documentation, labor books and the state portal (EMAS).
- Maintain and ensure accurate tracking and regulatory compliance for all categories of employee leave.
- Provide support for payroll processing, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely payments.
- Oversee and administer the end-to-end medical insurance process, ensuring compliance and accurate employee coverage.
- Prepare and deliver employee-related reports in response to requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audit processes through coordination, data analysis, compliance checks, and timely resolution of audit findings.
- Assist employees with HR operations-related requests and provide timely support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations and payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation with practical hands-on experience.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations and HR documentation.
- Strong communication, time management, prioritization, and independent working skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors (SF) is preferred.
