Senior/Mid Backend Developer

Caspian Tech seeks a dynamic Senior/Mid Backend Developer to enhance our talented team. If you have a passion for crafting clean, robust code and a penchant for solving complex problems, we want you on board!

Location: Azerbaijan, Baku

Type: Full-Time

Job responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize Java-based applications and services using Java 8+ and Spring Boot
• Design and implement REST APIs for web integrations.
• Manage multithreading and concurrency within our applications.
• Conduct complex SQL queries and optimizations with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Work with distributed messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ
• Use Git for version control in a collaborative team setting.
• Implement and manage Microservices architecture.
• Write automated tests to ensure the robustness and reliability of applications.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of programming experience in Java.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Linux and terminal operations.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration technologies.
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices
• Team collaboration abilities.
• Technical proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications 

• A background in developing high-load, scalable systems.
