Stream: International (Cambridge) Application Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree;
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in Azerbaijani and English;
- At least 2 years of experience in the required field;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong organisational and time-management skills;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & MS Teams), experience with educational technology and software.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Middle and High School leadership teams;
- Assist in daily coordination of academic and operational activities;
- Support professional communication between staff, students, parents, and leadership;
- Prepare, format, and distribute official documents, reports, and correspondence;
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems;
- Support exam coordination, timetable updates, and room allocations when required;
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism;
- Perform assigned duties effectively while managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines;
- Support general office operations and ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
