• Preparing weekly Cashflow reporting, to ensure adequate funds in place
• Preparing and completing the weekly payments for various entities for Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan
• Identifying the VAT invoices for payment and work with the Tax Accountant to ensure that they are paid.
• Creating payment orders in the relevant internet banking platforms or Trax payment tool and work with the approvers to ensure timely release
• Working with the Accenture team on completion of payment proposals
• Liaising with the banks to resolve any issues / queries
• Working with the business / vendors to supply any proof of payments if requested
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Preparation of Customs, VAT & WHT payments in various EPR systems and banking platforms

Xüsusi tələblər

• Have a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in either Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math or Business
• Have fluent Azerbaijani, intermediate English and Russian
• Be proficient in MS Office
• Have internships or experience in accounting
