- Act as the second-in-charge of the Housekeeping Department after the Housekeeping Manager;
- Support and control daily housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas, linen, and laundry;
- Prepare and manage team schedules, shift planning, attendance, and daily task allocation;
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure strict cleanliness, hygiene, and hotel standards;
- Monitor staff performance, grooming, discipline, productivity, and task completion;
- Prepare daily operational reports, room status updates, checklists, and follow-up reports;
- Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for room readiness, maintenance issues, and guest requests;
- Coordinate with Purchasing for housekeeping supplies, chemicals, linen, amenities, equipment, and required orders;
- Control stock levels, usage, and proper storage of housekeeping materials;
- Handle housekeeping-related guest complaints and ensure immediate corrective action;
- Ensure all SOPs, safety, hygiene, and hotel standards are strictly followed.
Tələblər
- Minimum 5 years of hotel housekeeping experience;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role;
- Strong knowledge of room inspection, public area standards, linen, laundry, chemicals, and inventory control;
- Strong reporting, scheduling, coordination, leadership, and follow-up skills;
- Ability to manage teams strictly and work under pressure;
- Intermediate level of English and Russian is required;
