Cluster Sous Chef
About this role
InterContinental Baku Hotel and Indigo Baku are looking for a passionate and experienced Cluster Sous Chef to join our culinary team.
In this role, you will support the Executive Chef in leading the day-to-day kitchen operations across both hotels, ensuring exceptional food quality, efficient kitchen performance, and an outstanding dining experience for our guests. You will play a key role in developing the team, maintaining brand standards, managing food costs, and driving operational excellence.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 4 years of professional brand hotel culinary experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine and modern kitchen operations
- Experience in team management, training, scheduling, and performance development
- Understanding of food cost control, budgeting, inventory, and kitchen reporting
- Culinary degree or professional certification
- Good command of English (Russian is an advantage)
