Construction Works Specialist

• Oversees Construction Works (CW) projects in accordance with approved plans, policies, and procedures;
• Ensures the development of CW procedures, policies, and guidelines within assigned programs and participates in the execution of special projects;
• Conducts regular inspections at construction sites to verify compliance with plans and specifications;
• Monitors construction phases to ensure works are executed in line with the approved schedule;
• Collaborates with other teams and stakeholders to coordinate the technical aspects of access network development;
• Provides support to management in relevant areas of responsibility and prepares appropriate reports on assigned tasks;
• Comply with all internal rules and requirements related to operational activities, administrative tasks, report preparation, and the Company’s internal discipline regulations;
• Adheres to hierarchical reporting rules and fully comply with corporate policies and position‑related obligations;
• Performs job duties, as well as oral and written instructions issued by management, accurately and in a timely manner;
• Ensures the confidentiality of Company information and documentation.

Xüsusi tələblər

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering;
• Strong knowledge of local and international construction quality standards;
• Professional training in the design of civil construction and development projects;
• 1–3 years of work experience in construction works and radio telecommunications engineering;
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (an advantage);
• Advanced computer skills;
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• Practical knowledge of AutoCAD;
• Creative thinking ability;
• Awareness of the latest international trends and developments in the telecommunications sector;
• Project management skills;
• Reporting skills;
• Management and leadership skills;
• Knowledge of budgeting and procurement processes;
