• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the driving range and practice facilities.
• Ensure the driving range is maintained to the highest presentation standards throughout the day.
• Monitor the availability, collection, washing, inspection, and rotation of golf balls.
• Maintain accurate golf ball inventory and ensure equipment is in excellent condition.
• Rotate tee positions daily to preserve the quality of the practice area.
• Provide assistance and excellent customer service to golfers using the facilities.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional working environment.
• Support the Director of Golf with additional operational duties when required.

Xüsusi tələblər

• Previous experience in a golf club or golf operations environment is preferred.
• Minimum of a Level 2 Golf Coaching Certificate or a PGA Professional qualification.
• Strong understanding of the Rules of Golf, handicapping systems, and tournament formats.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with golfers.
• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work independently.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Turkish, or Russian (spoken) is essential.
• Current Safeguarding and Child Protection Certification.
• Physically capable of handling daily operational tasks, including lifting golf bags and golf balls.
