Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for children aged 5–8 using interactive and age-appropriate teaching methods.
• Prepare lesson plans and classroom materials.
• Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate attendance and performance records.
• Communicate effectively with parents or caregivers.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development sessions.
• Create a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
• Deliver online English lessons and conversations when required.

Qualifications

• Strong English language teaching skills and experience working with young learners.
• Experience in lesson planning and classroom management.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to use age-appropriate language.
• Proven ability to effectively teach and engage children aged 5–8 in a positive, interactive learning environment.
• Experience working with children in educational settings, preferably in ESL/EFL environments.
• Fluency in Russian is required.
• Ability to teach online lessons effectively.
• A personal laptop/notebook suitable for conducting online classes is required.
• Relevant teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, TKT) or a degree in Education, English, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to create inclusive, supportive classrooms and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to professional development and teamwork.
