- Final-year students or recent graduates in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in taxation, with an understanding of financial accounting fundamentals

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Azerbaijani
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
