HR Specialist

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the company's vacancies; 
• Prepare and publish job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms; 
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and identify qualified candidates; 
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process; 
• Coordinate job offers and support the onboarding process for new hires; 
• Prepare, amend, and terminate employment contracts through the EMAS system; 
• Prepare HR documentation related to hiring, transfers, leave, business trips, and other personnel administration processes; 
• Maintain employee personnel files and ensure accurate HR documentation; 
• Prepare HR-related orders, certificates, and other documentation in compliance with labor legislation; 
• Maintain HR databases and prepare HR reports as required. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources; 
• Hands-on experience in both Recruitment and HR Operations (Personnel Administration); 
• Good knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan; 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; 
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and good written and spoken English; 
• Strong communication, organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
