About this role
Description
- Processing and distributing as necessary all routine reports according to schedules and deadlines;
- Serves as the first point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and provides support.
- Performing day-to-day system administration tasks, such as troubleshooting system issues and providing resolutions;
- Making reports as needed and assists HR staff with Ad-Hoc and HR report generation;
- Developing and maintains needed documents (e.g., user manuals, guidelines);
- Answers/responses to escalated questions, requests and errors from the HRIS inbox and other communication methods in a timely matter;
- Participates in the development, testing, and implementation of new or modified systems to meet changing business requirements;
- Updating and auditing employee master data;
- Ensuring accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of HR and payroll data;
- Controlling updates of the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors with new employee information, existing employee changes, terminations, salary and other changes;
- Assisting HRIS to monitor and manage jobs and integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central;
- Providing support in such fields of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors as PA, OM, Workflows and etc.;
- Supporting to control monthly payroll issues and other HRIS Management related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in HR Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or any other related field;
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with HRIS system in the companies (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors);
- Planning and organizational skills with strong attention to details;
- Organizing work and set priorities for accomplishing work in a timely and effective manner;
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite;
- Good command of Azerbaijani and English languages, both in verbal and written form.
