About this role

- Maintain and organize legal and corporate document filing systems and archives;
- Register, track, and manage contracts, powers of attorney, corporate documents, and correspondence;
- Coordinate contract approval, execution, and filing processes;
- Prepare draft powers of attorney, letters, certificates, and other standard documents;
- Support the preparation of meeting minutes, resolutions, and other corporate governance documents;
- Assist in organizing Shareholders’ Meetings, Supervisory Board meetings, and related documentation;
- Maintain registers of policies, procedures, and other internal documents;
- Provide administrative support to the Legal Department and prepare periodic reports.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field;
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience;
- Experience in legal, administrative, document control, or corporate governance functions is an advantage;
- Good command of Azerbaijani and English;
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel);
- Knowledge of document management and archiving processes;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
