Logistics Specialist

BlackWell Company is looking for an experienced and responsible Logistics Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate must be knowledgeable in managing logistics processes, customs documentation, and international trade terms.

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing the transportation and logistics processes of goods
• Establishing and coordinating relationships with suppliers, carriers, and customs authorities
• Preparing and verifying the necessary documentation for import-export operations
• Monitoring warehouse operations and managing inventory
• Optimizing delivery times and costs
• Tracking shipments and continuously monitoring the transportation process
• Providing customers with regular and timely updates on shipment status
• Preparing and submitting regular logistics reports to management

Requirements

• Higher education in Logistics, International Trade, Economics, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of Incoterms— mandatory
• Knowledge and experience in customs documentation (customs declarations, certificates of origin, invoices, B/L, CMR, etc.) — mandatory
• English and Russian language proficiency is required. Applications that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in this field — required
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word); experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Attention to detail, responsibility, time management, communication, and teamwork skills
