Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling marketing materials, product content, presentations, and graphics.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's brand identity and market positioning.
• Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across digital channels.
• Coordinate product testing and reviews with journalists, influencers, YouTubers, and technology reviewers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives and industry partners to increase product visibility.
• Organize the company's participation in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and partner events.
• Coordinate corporate events and support international business trips when required.
• Collaborate with marketing agencies, graphic designers, and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing activities, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives across various sales channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support and coordinate marketing activities across Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Creative, proactive, and open-minded, with a solution-oriented approach.
• Disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes.
• Excellent command of Azerbaijani, English, and Russian, both written and spoken.
