About the Internship
- This is a paid 6-month internship for engineering graduates who are serious about building a career in the HVAC and engineering sector. This is not a general work-experience placement — it is a focused, demanding program for someone who wants to learn technical sales and support properly and is prepared to commit to it. You will work directly alongside our engineers, take on real responsibilities, and be expected to keep up. No prior experience is required, but genuine interest, commitment, and a strong work ethic are.
Depending on performance during the internship, there may be an opportunity to be hired into a permanent role afterwards.

Salary: 600 AZN net.
What You'll Do (and Learn)
- Help handle technical support requests from service technicians, installers, customers, and our sales team.
- Learn how to select the right products and prepare quotations, following orders from start to delivery.
- Support customers with post-sales technical assistance via phone and email.
- Keep clear, accurate records of calls and job service notes.
- Help provide technical information such as submittal drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation recommendations.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to help ensure jobs are completed and customers are satisfied.
- Take part in special projects and training along the way.
What We're Looking For
- A university graduate with a BSc/MSc in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) — ideally from Baku Higher Oil School, Baku Engineering University, or an internationally recognized university. Second-year master's students are also welcome to apply.
- English skills in both speaking and writing, at a minimum B1 level. Certificates such as IELTS or TOEFL are a plus.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is a huge advantage.
- 0–3 years of experience — no prior experience required, as full training is provided.
- A genuine interest in customer service and problem-solving.
- Comfortable working with computers.
- Strong commitment, a serious work ethic, and the ability to manage several tasks at once.
