Passenger Information and Announcements Officer (elanların və aryışların verilməsi üzrə növbətçi)

ASG Ground Handling Company, located at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, is looking for Passenger Information and Announcements Officer.

Required Qualifications:

• Secondary Education

• Azerbaijani and Russian – Fluent, Good knowledge of English.

• Female Candidates Only

• Job Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to the passengers at information desks.

• Assist passengers with inquiries regarding flights, terminals and services.

• Coordinate with airport departments regarding schedule changes or disruptions.

• Ensure all announcements are made clearly in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.

• Maintain updated flight information displays and internal communication systems.

Working Conditions:

• Employment relations are regulated by the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan

• Workplace: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport

• Work schedule: Shift schedule (2 days work, 2 days off)

• (1st - day shift (08:00–20:00), 2nd - night shift (20:00–08:00), followed by two days off.)

Salary: 950 AZN net

The company provides free shuttle transportation from various locations (Koroğlu metro station, Bakixanov, Əmircan, Mərdəkan, Binə, Suraxanı, etc.)
