- Relevant professional experience as a Personal Assistant;
- Excellent command of Azerbaijani and Russian (both written and spoken);
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills;
- High level of responsibility, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail;
- Experience in document preparation, document management, and business correspondence;
- Ability to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information;
- Legal knowledge will be considered an advantage;
- Experience in the oil & gas, energy, or other large corporate sectors is preferred.
