- Manage daily purchasing and procurement processes in line with hotel operational needs;
- Source suitable suppliers, collect price offers, compare quotations, and support supplier selection;
- Prepare and follow up purchase orders, supplier records, quotations, invoices, and related procurement documents;
- Coordinate with internal departments to review purchase requests and ensure timely processing;
- Support the timely supply of required items for hotel operations and opening preparations;
- Monitor delivery timelines and follow up with suppliers to ensure smooth procurement flow;
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation of all procurement-related paperwork;
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal departments to support operational requirements.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field is preferred;
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain is required, preferably in the hotel or hospitality sector;
- Experience with supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase orders, and procurement documentation;
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel;
- Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills;
- Ability to work with multiple departments and manage priorities effectively;
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation;
- Responsible, organized, and result-oriented approach;
- Azerbaijani language is required; English and/or Russian language skills are an advantage.
