About this role

- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath.
- Build reliable, scalable, and reusable automation workflows following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to transform business requirements into automation solutions.
- Integrate bots with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, SAP, CRM, ERP, and other business systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve automations using UiPath Orchestrator.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Support and optimize existing automations while identifying opportunities for further process improvements.
- Explore emerging intelligent automation technologies, including AI-powered solutions, Document Understanding, Process Mining, and other innovative capabilities.

- Experience with RPA tools or general software development; internships, academic projects, or coursework-based exposure count.
- Basic understanding of programming logic and control flow (e.g., VB.NET, C#, or similar).
- Familiarity with UiPath Studio fundamentals, gained through coursework, self-study, or UiPath Academy training.
- Comfortable working with Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and clear written communication for documentation and defect reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience, bootcamp training, or self-study).
