We are expanding our operations in Azerbaijan and seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth and build strong enterprise relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify and acquire new clients and strategic partners across Azerbaijan.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
• Present AI and technology solutions to potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, SaaS, AI, or Technology Solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with enterprise sales and CRM tools.
• Fluent Azerbaijani and English are mandatory; Turkish is an advantage.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Technology Sales, SaaS, AI Solutions, or Software Sales.
• Strong knowledge of AI, digital transformation, and technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients and senior executives.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Strong market research and business analysis skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (Mandatory). Turkish is an advantage.
