Senior Technical Control Manager

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Control Manager to oversee technical control and construction monitoring across a portfolio of large-scale development projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with technical standards, contractual requirements, quality, and safety while protecting the Client's interests throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical control and construction monitoring activities.
• Review design documentation and assess technical risks.
• Monitor construction quality, progress, and contractor performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary technical control teams.
• Oversee technical office functions and reporting.
• Review technical aspects of contracts, payments, and change orders.
• Coordinate with government authorities and external stakeholders.
• Drive Value Engineering and project optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 18 years of construction experience.
• 6–8+ years in a senior construction leadership position.
• Experience on large-scale mixed-use, residential, or commercial developments (100,000+ m²).
• Strong knowledge of project controls, construction methodology, and risk management.
• Advanced MS Office and AutoCAD skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
