Spark AI is a leading Artificial Intelligence solutions provider helping businesses transform operations through AI-powered solutions including AI Hiring Platforms, HRMS, Business Automation, Data Analytics, Generative AI, and Industry-Specific AI Solutions.
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive business growth, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and promote Spark AI solutions in Azerbaijan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential clients across various industries.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Prepare proposals and commercial offers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Tələblər
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
• Experience in AI, SaaS, Technology, IT Solutions, or Digital Products is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn and CRM systems.
• Azerbaijani language is mandatory.
• English proficiency is required.
• Turkish language is a plus.
