Chief Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the company’s financial and accounting operations;
• Prepare and submit reports to tax authorities, the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF), statistical agencies, and other government institutions;
• Prepare and present financial reports to management;
• Prepare, analyze, and present the Profit and Loss Statement (P&L), Cash Flow Statement, and Balance Sheet to management;
• Review payroll calculations and personnel records;
• Monitor and control accounts receivable and accounts payable;
• Coordinate and oversee the activities of the accounting department;
• Track and implement changes in tax and labor legislation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Chief Accountant or similar senior accounting role;
• Strong knowledge of tax and labor legislation;
• Practical experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
• Knowledge of Odoo and 1C is considered an advantage;
• Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills;
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently.
