Content Creator / Creative Assistant

Location: Modern office – Sabah Residence Complex, Baku city, Sabail district

Trenders is looking for a Content Creator / Creative Assistant to join our Production Department!

We are looking for a creative and motivated team member who will support our content creation process and contribute to the development of innovative ideas for our projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring current trends and relevant topics across Azerbaijani, Russian-speaking, and English-speaking online platforms.
• Searching for and adapting references based on project requirements.
• Participating in the development of creative concepts for Real Estate projects.
• Supporting the creation of scripts for reels, advertising videos, presentation videos, and other content formats.

Candidate requirements:

• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of current topics, trends, and content directions.
• Ability to analyze successful cases and adapt them to project needs.
• Scriptwriting skills and the ability to structure ideas will be considered an advantage.
• Interest in the real estate and architecture industries is a plus.

This specialist will ensure a continuous flow of relevant ideas, creative solutions, and scriptwriting support for current and upcoming projects. I believe that introducing this role will allow me, as the Team Lead, to focus more on larger-scale creative concepts and will positively impact the overall efficiency and productivity of the Production Department.
