Cost Controller (Xərc Nəzarətçisi) -Heydar Aliyev International Airport

Aviation Services Group GHC branch is looking for a Cost Controller to join its Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare month-end reports and perform financial data analysis.

• Calculate the monthly cost of services, taking into account cost allocations and cost classifications.

• Implement, monitor, and continuously improve Cost Control procedures.

• Participate in physical inventory counts as a representative of the Finance Department to ensure effective financial control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant professional experience in cost control or accounting.

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and tax legislation.

• Experience in monitoring, analyzing, and reconciling direct and indirect costs.

• Practical experience in cost allocation and cost calculation.

• Experience with month-end closing processes.

• Knowledge of inventory accounting, internal control procedures, and inventory management.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Procurement and Logistics teams to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in 1C: Enterprise and/or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good command of the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Professional certifications such as ACCA, DipIFR, CAP, or CIPA are considered an advantage.

• Good command of English and Russian is preferred.

• In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

• Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport,

• Work schedule: Full-time (5 days per week, from 09:00 to 18:00)

• The company provides free shuttle transportation from various locations, including Koroglu M/s, Bakikhanov, Amirjan, Mardakan, Bina, Surakhani, and surrounding areas
