Crew Recruitment Specialist (Tanker Operations)

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Crew Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Baku. We are seeking a professional with maritime recruitment experience to manage the crewing of our tanker fleet!

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified seafarers with tanker experience
• Verify STCW certifications and ensure compliance with international maritime regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with our Crewing and Operations teams to ensure timely and effective crew change planning and execution.
• Maintain and update the crew database with accurate candidate profiles and interview outcomes.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool of qualified maritime professionals to ensure vessel readiness.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in crewing or maritime recruitment.
• Knowledge of maritime regulations and tanker industry standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English.
