Electrical Supervisor – Utility Scale Solar PV Project

• Supervise daily electrical construction activities on utility-scale Solar PV projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and method statements.
• Monitor installation of DC and AC electrical systems, including PV modules, string cabling, combiner boxes, inverters, transformers, MV equipment, and substations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company safety procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship quality.
• Coordinate testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities with QA/QC and Commissioning teams.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate project status to the Site Manager.
• Resolve technical issues in coordination with Engineering and Project Management teams.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved within the planned schedule.

Xüsusi tələblər

• Technical Diploma in Electrical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical supervision experience on utility-scale Solar PV EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
• DC & AC electrical installations
• MV/LV systems
• Transformers and switchgear
• Cable installation and termination
• Electrical testing and commissioning
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Good understanding of international HSE and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
