Finance Controller

About the Role

• A leading international company is looking for a commercially minded and analytical Finance Controller to join its Finance Team. This role is responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and business performance reporting.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Analyze operating expenses, CAPEX and profitability.
• Prepare financial models and business cases.
• Partner with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and management reports.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, Audit or Financial Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• ERP experience (SAP is an advantage).
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
