Golf Instruction

• Deliver high-quality coaching to junior golfers through structured player development programs.
• Provide private and group golf lessons for adults of all abilities.
• Plan and deliver engaging coaching sessions that encourage participation and long-term player development.
• Monitor player progress and provide regular feedback and improvement plans.
• Promote the game of golf in a welcoming and professional manner.

Golf Academy Leadership

• Supervise the daily operation of the Golf Academy and support academy staff.
• Ensure all Dreamland Golf Club standards, policies, and service expectations are consistently maintained.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of junior camps, clinics, tournaments, and academy events.
• Maintain coaching equipment and academy facilities to the highest standard.
• Support the growth of academy membership and coaching programs through excellent customer service and professional presentation.

Xüsusi tələblər

• Minimum Level 2 Golf Coaching Certificate or PGA Professional Qualification.
• Current Safeguarding and Child Protection Certification.
• Previous experience coaching both junior and adult golfers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Passion for developing golfers of all ages and abilities.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Turkish, or Russian (spoken) is essential.
• English language skills are considered an advantage.
