As Graphic Designer (Brand & Visual Design), you will produce scroll-stopping visual content and on-brand design systems that drive platform engagement and build brand awareness among prospective students.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end creative role: you will conceptualise, design, and ship static and animated graphics that turn complex study-abroad topics into clear, compelling visuals. You will own the design pipeline from brief and ideation through to a polished, platform-ready asset.

Hands-on command of layout, typography, colour, and composition — across static, carousel, and print-ready formats — to deliver broadcast-quality assets at speed.
Proactive monitoring of social and design trends, with the ability to reframe them into on-brand layouts relevant to the study-abroad journey.
Practical proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), including component systems, auto-layout, and clean asset export.
Designing covers and opening frames that capture attention within the first three seconds, paired with clear, action-oriented visual calls to action that convert viewers into leads.
Strategic use of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Midjourney to generate 20 or more platform-ready design concepts and mock-ups per week, guided by target keywords and campaign goals.
Ability to transform dense or technical subject matter into a single, easy-to-grasp visual.
Fluency in English, plus either Azerbaijani or Russian.
