• Closely monitoring the technical level of the instrumentation engineering team, lead instrumentation and control engineering activities
• Functional owner of instrumentation and control system engineering procedures and practices. Ensure that the instrumentation team works in full compliance to engineering procedures and processes
• Lead design and review of DCS, ESD, F&G etc. control systems
• Lead preparation of instrumentation data sheets, cause and effect diagrams, control diagrams, loop diagrams and hook-up drawings
• Active participation in functional safety reviews, HAZOP studies and SIL assessments.
• Evaluation of vendor proposals and technical bids.
• Review of vendor documentation and inspection reports post award and active coordination of factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT).
• Closely support front-end concept development and selection process
• Closely support instrumentation engineering training requirements and talent development

Xüsusi tələblər

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business or similar field. Master’s degree is preferred but not essential
• 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry, including at least 3-5 years of experience of managing full pre-award and post award processes
• Good working knowledge of Upstream Industry, its processes and business eco system
• Engineering Degree, preferably Master’s, in instrumentation and control engineering
• Significant prior experience in designing instrumentation and control system engineering
• 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry, including at least 3-5 years of experience of leading instrumentation engineering team
• Goodworking knowledge of Upstream Engineering standards (API, ASME, ISO, etc.)
• Professional Membership or Chartership
• Brownfield upstream experience mandatory
