Internship in Marketing

Position summary

• As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns and analyzing the outcome of those activities. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.

Job responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Help coordinate on-field activities and communicate with suppliers and partners.
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing sales and marketing data and preparing regular reports.
• Support the distribution and tracking of marketing materials and promotional items.
• Maintain databases, files, and internal documentation.
• Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and company events.
• Support the management of social media platforms and marketing communications.
• Participate in projects and gain practical experience in trade marketing and business operations.

Required Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Previous experience is not required; internship or project experience in marketing is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive, result-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; knowledge of Turkish and Russian is an advantage.
• Good command of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Internship Conditions:

• Hours: This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position which may result in a permanent full-time offer in the future. 
• Environment: Regular work hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
