• Manage end-to-end international shipments via sea, air, road, and multimodal transport.
• Coordinate export and import activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve transportation disruptions, delays, and exceptions.
• Track cargo movements and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure optimal routing and freight utilization to achieve service and cost objectives.
• Coordinate international shipping documentation.
• Verify shipping documentation accuracy and compliance with destination country requirements.
• Manage import and export licenses and ensure adherence to applicable trade regulations.
• Coordinate customs clearance activities with brokers and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, sanctions requirements, and corporate compliance policies.
• Monitor changes in customs regulations, tariffs, duties, and trade agreements impacting operations.
• Support customs audits and maintain all relevant import/export records.

Xüsusi tələblər

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, import/export operations, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience managing overseas shipments and customs clearance activities.
• Experience with international freight negotiations and carrier management.
• Knowledge of Incoterms (latest version), international trade practices, and customs regulations.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English.
