О должности

Job Overview:

  • Provide independent scheduling analysis, baseline validation, and schedule challenge across the project portfolio. Own master planning standards, benchmark project durations, validate schedule logic and critical path, and analyze delay drivers and recovery options. Operate as an independent challenger of contractor and project team schedules without owning execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule Standards & Baseline

  • Define and maintain master planning standards, formats, milestone definitions, and activity coding rules.
  • Validate baseline schedules against internal standards and project briefs.
  • Ensure consistent application of WBS and scheduling logic across all projects.

Schedule Validation & Challenge

  • Review schedule logic, critical path, sequencing, and milestone realism.
  • Benchmark project durations (overall and stage-level) across the portfolio.
  • Challenge contractor schedules for completeness, resource loading, and constructability.
  • Challenge time-to-complete forecasts on active projects and identify schedule risks early.

Delay & Recovery Analysis

  • Identify and analyze delay drivers and root causes.
  • Assess recovery options, mitigation strategies, and their feasibility.
  • Support claims, variation, and extension-of-time reviews with independent technical views.

Reporting & Early Warning

  • Flag schedule risks and emerging delays at portfolio level for early escalation.
  • Provide independent schedule view at stage-gates (Brief, Concept, Detailed Design, Construction, Handover).
  • Support consolidated portfolio reporting with schedule status, forecasts, and benchmarks.

Requirements

Technical:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction planning and scheduling on real estate projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6.
  • Solid understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), schedule risk analysis, and earned value management.
  • Experience benchmarking project durations and analyzing delay drivers across multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with construction sequencing, contractor planning, and claim analysis.
  • Experience in high-end, international, or mixed-use real estate projects preferred.

  • Analytical, methodical, and independent.
  • Ability to challenge contractor and project team schedules constructively.
  • Clear communicator able to translate scheduling details into executive insights.
  • Strong attention to logic, sequencing, and consistency.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
