Preschool Dance Teacher (Full-Time)

Stream: International (Cambridge) Application Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Dance, Performing Arts, Dance Education, or a related field
• Professional dance certification or recognized training in one or more dance styles (e.g., Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Folk, or Creative Movement) is desirable
• Teaching qualification or certification is an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching dance to children in a school, preschool, or dance academy setting
• Experience planning and delivering engaging dance lessons for different age groups
• Experience preparing students for performances, assemblies, concerts, or school events

Main responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging age-appropriate dance lessons for Preschool children (ages 3–6). 
• Teach basic dance techniques, movement skills, rhythm, coordination, and body awareness through creative and enjoyable activities. 
• Foster children's confidence, self-expression, creativity, and appreciation of music and movement. 
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment that supports the developmental needs of young children. 
• Adapt lessons to accommodate different abilities, learning styles, and individual needs. 
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing encouragement and constructive feedback. 
• Prepare children for school performances, celebrations, assemblies, and special events throughout the academic year.
