О должности

We are seeking a visionary Manager of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial growth strategy and drive revenue performance across the portfolio. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in hospitality sales, digital marketing, revenue management, and brand positioning. You will develop and execute innovative, data-driven initiatives that increase market share, optimize occupancy and ADR, and elevate profitability—positioning Hotels Group LLC as the preferred choice in each of our markets.

Key responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue, market share, and occupancy goals
  • Increasing Occupancy Rate of hotel and Conference Rooms
  • Growth in Corporate and Individual Sales
  • Brand Perception — What Comes to Mind When People Hear “FLY INN” of “River INN Resort & SPA”
  • Drive sales performance through proactive account management and revenue optimization initiatives
  • Growth of the Corporate Sales Segment

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Increasing Market Share of the company
  • Development of a Comprehensive Brand Book
  • Manage online presence and reputation across digital platforms, including social media, OTAs, and review sites.
  • Lead marketing campaigns, promotional events, and partnerships to drive brand awareness and bookings.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the Sales & Marketing team to achieve departmental and individual targets.
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for team members.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting sales performance and ROI.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, with at least 1–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and developing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of hotel distribution channels, digital marketing, and revenue management.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, PMS, and digital marketing tools.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in a resort hotel.
