• Own end-to-end design and delivery of complex features or services within the sub-unit's domain; make local architecture decisions; 
• Author technical design docs and RFCs for complex changes; set code review standards in own domain area;
• Drive performance, scalability and resilience improvements for owned services; lead tier-2 on-call response;
• Author and maintain ADRs for sub-domain; keep sub-domain technical documentation current; 
• Onboard new team members; participate in interviews and support hiring decisions; 
• Development and maintenance of Android mobile apps: user experience, performance and offline functionality;
• To execute job responsibilities and verbal/ written instructions by management;
• To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions.

Xüsusi tələblər

• Bachelor or master's degree in Math/IT related fields;
• 5+ years of mobile engineering experience; expert in scalable architecture, offline-first strategies, release process and performance optimization; 
• 5+ years of deep experience with Android (Kotlin / Jetpack Compose); 
• Platforms:
  Android: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, Hilt / Dagger, Jetpack libraries;
  Cross-platform (bonus): React Native, Flutter or Kotlin Multiplatform experience;
• Architecture and Build:
  MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection, Repository Pattern, Coordinator;                                                                 
• Navigation flows: Build and CI/CD: Xcode Cloud, Fastlane, Bitrise, Gradle, SPM; app signing, code signing, provisioning profiles.
• Code Quality and Testing:
  Deep understanding of SOLID, Design Patterns and Clean Code principles;
  Unit testing (JUnit, Mockito, Mockk), UI testing (Espresso), snapshot testing, contract testing;
• Performans və Observability:
  App startup time, memory, battery and network optimization; Android Profiler, Systrace / Perfetto;
  Crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics), analytics (Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude), performance monitoring (Firebase Performance, New Relic Mobile, Datadog RUM);
• API and Local Storage:
  REST, GraphQL API integration; HTTP clients: Retrofit / Ktor / OkHttp (Android); serialization (Moshi, kotlinx.serialization);
  Local storage: Room, SQLite, DataStore, DataStore Proto (Android); secure storage (EncryptedSharedPreferences);
• Mobile-Specific Skills:
  Push notifications (FCM), background tasks, deep linking / universal links, biometric authentication, in-app purchases;
  Google Play release süreci, app review compliance, beta distribution (TestFlight, Firebase App Distribution, Play Internal Testing), phased rollout;
• Lidership Skills:
  Proven experience in leading mobile engineering teams, setting clear goals, and delivering high-quality solutions on time;
  Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with product, design, and operations teams;
  Experience in mentoring and training junior and mid-level engineers, supporting their development, and encouraging technical excellence;
  Skills in monitoring code quality, enforcing standards, and ensuring consistent documentation within the team;
• Experience Android (Kotlin / Jetpack Compose), MVVM / Clean Architecture, offline-first, push notifications, App Store / Play Store release process, performance and battery optimization, Firebase / Crashlytics is an advantage.;
• Azerbaijani – fluent; Russian and English – an advantage.
