• Support data collection, desk research, and sustainability market analysis
• Assist in ESG assessments, environmental and climate-related studies
• Participate in preparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables
• Analyze basic environmental, operational, and financial data
• Support development of recommendations under supervision
• Assist in client documentation review and benchmarking against best practices
  

Xüsusi tələblər

• A degree in the field of Environment, Energy, Engineering, Sustainability, Social Sciences, Business Management/Business Consulting or a related discipline
• Excellent and professional written and verbal knowledge of Azerbaijani , English (knowledge of Russian language would be an advantage)
• Understanding of sustainability/ESG trends and developments
• Excellent presentation, communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Motivation to build a career in sustainability and consulting
  
  

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Preferably knowledge of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standard, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, GHG assessment methodologies, etc
• Ability to quickly adapt to the new environment and work in multinational teams
• Effective time management and planning skills
• High level of motivation and drive to start a career in professional services
• Ability to work under the pressure
• Ability to travel
