Familiar with fabrication and installation of:

• Process Piping
• Pressure Vessels
• Heat Exchangers
• Storage Tanks
• Structural Steel
• Experience coordinating with QA/QC, NDT, Construction, Fabrication Yards and EPC teams.
• Strong knowledge of welding quality control, defect analysis, repair methodology and root cause investigation.
• Experience supporting site construction, fabrication yards, shutdown/turnaround or LNG expansion projects will be an added advantage.

Xüsusi tələblər

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical or Welding Engineering.

12+ years of experience in Welding Engineering within Oil & Gas / LNG / Petrochemical projects.

Strong experience with Qatar gas, Ras Gas, ADNOC, Aramco, Shell, ExxonMobil, Total Energies, BP, Chevron or other major operators/EPC contractors.

Hands-on expertise in WPS, PQR, WPQ qualification and welding procedure development.

Excellent knowledge of ASME Section IX, API 1104, AWS D1.1, ISO 3834 and international welding standards.

Experience reviewing ITPs, welding maps, NDT requirements, repair procedures, PWHT and hydrotest documentation.

Sound knowledge of welding processes:

• GTAW (TIG)
• SMAW
• GMAW (MIG)
• FCAW
• SAW

Experience with materials such as:

• Carbon Steel
• Stainless Steel
• Duplex & Super Duplex
• Low Alloy Steel
• Nickel Alloys
