- Help check invoices, folios, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Assist in reconciling credit card payments and bank transactions.
- Prepare and issue invoices and statements under supervision.
- Record customer payments in the accounting system.
- Assist with filing and maintaining Accounts Receivable records and documents.
- Support customer payment follow-ups via email or phone when required.
- Help investigate and resolve basic customer queries.
- Assist with preparing reports and month-end closing activities.
- Attend meetings and provide administrative support to the Accounts Receivable team.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the line manager.
Tələblər
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or final-year student).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately, maintain confidentiality, and pay attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally in the field of finance and accounting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of Azerbaijani and English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
- Familiarity with accounting systems is an advantage.
