Təsvir

  • Help check invoices, folios, and supporting documents for accuracy.
  • Assist in reconciling credit card payments and bank transactions.
  • Prepare and issue invoices and statements under supervision.
  • Record customer payments in the accounting system.
  • Assist with filing and maintaining Accounts Receivable records and documents.
  • Support customer payment follow-ups via email or phone when required.
  • Help investigate and resolve basic customer queries.
  • Assist with preparing reports and month-end closing activities.
  • Attend meetings and provide administrative support to the Accounts Receivable team.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the line manager.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or final-year student).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately, maintain confidentiality, and pay attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally in the field of finance and accounting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of Azerbaijani and English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems is an advantage.
