Accounting Specialist

Overview:

• Employment type: Work format : Office
• Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday
• Location: Homebridge Hotel, Shikhov, Baku
• Salary: 900 Azn net

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience 
• Previous hotel experience is considered an advantage 
• Fluency in Azerbaijani; knowledge of English or Russian is an advantage 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring daily cash transactions and prepare daily cash reports.
• Processing incoming electronic invoices and enter them into the company's accounting/reporting system.
• Performing month-end reconciliation of received goods and services.
• Scanning and archiving required documents.
• Preparing invoices and delivery/acceptance certificates and send them to customers.
• Supporting the team in the preparation of financial reports.
